Born to protest

Synopsis

The first street show of this Londoner of Cameroonian descent. It's part of a hip-hop theater-dance trilogy that aims to dismantle the clichés about the black community based on intimidation, danger or isolation and highlight other features and characteristics, such as fragility, vulnerability or the constant need to put yourself to the test. The hyper-sensitivity of the black body is magnified by the synchronization of the five performers in an intense soundscape, with Hip-Hop rhythms.
